Our Services

Invest in Yourself, Your Relationship

& Your Future

Mental illness disorders are problematic and challenging for many in our society. People of all ages, gender, and socioeconomic strata are affected, as are their families. The toddler exhibiting problematic behavior, a young adult newly diagnosed with schizophrenia, a middle-aged businessperson addicted to alcohol, an older person feeling lonely and depressed all have something in common- they are people living with behavioral health challenges. Just as behavioral health issues cover a wide range of problems with varying intensity levels, so do the programs offered by MTF Counseling Resources.

Our services focus on helping people create and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, even as they cope with various behavioral health issues.
